Clear. Creative. Compelling.
Here is some of the work I’ve done so far.
Salesforce
2019–now
I'm the Senior Manager, Creative, for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud. I’m in awe of my team and the impactful projects we build together. My background is in copy, so I’ve written ads, concepts, websites, print pieces, social, scripts, signage, emails, event messaging, product messaging, and more. With the help of really talented graphic and motion designers, and some amazing producers, we bring ideas to real life. My copy is conversational and versatile because I want each line to feel personal, across industries like tech, retail, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, consumer goods, insurance, and automotive. I collaborate across teams to make sure our work resonates with prospects, grows our business, and carries us toward [even more] record-breaking years.
Indiana Adoption Program 2009–2019
On my first day as a volunteer photographer for the Indiana Adoption Program, I was offered a job. I became their Media Specialist, then Admin, then Director in four years. The program didn't have a logo or website when I started. I got to build it all, including a team of writers, designers, photographers, videographers, event planners, tech providers, printing partners, contractors, and program advocates. Together, we did life-changing work. In my final fiscal year as Director, we made our state #1 in the nation for adoptions from foster care. The best days on the job were like this one.
SAIC 2009–2011
Throughout grad school at SAIC, I assisted photographer and professor Lewis Kostiner in teaching three interdisciplinary courses. I managed a partnership between the SAIC and the Palmer House Hilton Hotel during a yearlong exhibition of student photography. I wrote, curated, designed, and edited a book on the exhibition called What We Do Here Is Magic: The Art of Business and the Business of Art, which was published by GFT Publishing in 2012.
Misc. 1999-2009
If you made it this far down, it’s story time! I started working as soon as I turned 14. From McDonald’s to its distribution center to the American Cancer Society to an office of four ENT surgeons in Chicago, I’ve worked hard to improve things no matter where I am. I love doing great work with great people. I’m an open book, so ask me anything. I look forward to chatting with you.
